Quikleen absorbent is an inert, inorganic, non-biodegradable blend of minerals. The minerals work by a means known as “silica encapsulation”. The absorbed liquids actually become part
of the silica molecule.
Quikleen absorbent has a tremendous surface area and it natural surface tension optimizes absorption. Approximately 1.5 lbs of
Quikleen absorbent will soak up an entire quart of motor
oil. Further, Quikleen is light and easy to use.
There are no known hazards associated with amorphous alumina silicates. Quikleen is safe for humans, plants and animals. It is not a known carcinogen.
Quikleen absorbent protects our environment and landfills as it will not release contaminants into the ground, thereby protecting our drinking water, wildlife and plants. It is EPA
